As an independent company within the Siedle Group, we identify with the values that are practised in our parent company. We present some of these below.
We bear a high level of responsibility for our employees, our environment and our location. We therefore remain at the Mönchweiler site, avoid redundancies and involve our employees in the company’s success. In addition, we want our site to remain intact and liveable in terms of its environmental conditions and therefore make efforts that go beyond the prescribed measures to make our contribution here.
KE-Technik must also generate profits in order to remain successful as a company. However, we do not consider profit generation to be an end in itself. Instead, we see it as a means of continuously improving conditions for our employees and the local community.
We do not take advantage of our suppliers and service providers or our customers, but always endeavour to treat them fairly in all matters.
