We are constantly improving the effectiveness of the management system in order to be able to respond to all the needs of a constantly changing social environment. The satisfaction of our customers and all interested parties is our most important mission. To this end, we continuously monitor our system with key performance indicators that are aligned with company policy and the context of the organisation.
All specifications provided by our customers, such as quality, deadlines and costs, are subject to mutual agreement. Quality defects are identified on the spot, analysed and rectified immediately. Improvements in all processes are our daily task.
We ensure that all reasonable or prescribed requirements for occupational safety, health protection and social and ethical standards are complied with and improved. We are constantly improving the skills and competences of our employees through ongoing information and training.
