Not only can we manufacture individual parts, we are also experts in assembling: when assembling components, we focus on maximum efficiency with the best possible realisation of the assembly – with exact fits, torques and the best possible protection of surfaces. This is because we utilise automated assembly wherever possible in order to reduce cycle times and increase results.

Not only do we manufacture optimally designed plastic parts for you, but we also assemble them into fully functionally and optically tested assemblies – or, if you prefer, even into your end product, ready-made and ready for sale.

Assembly technologies for precise and automated assembly production

Assemble

Using automation and robotics, we assemble all parts with high precision to create an assembly or the desired end product. Automated processes ensure that components cannot be tilted or inserted at an angle.

We join your components according to a precisely defined pattern and with the optimum amount of force: thanks to automation, we can control exactly what pressure is used to make latches, what torque is used to tighten screws or what amount of adhesive is used at which point to join parts together.

This process ensures that the material is joined as if from a single mould and provides a durable and resistant connection of components.

After assembly, an automatic functional test is carried out on the finished assembly with the test results being recorded. So you can be sure that everything that leaves our assembly department really is what you want it to be.

We pack your assemblies or end products in the desired form: safely for transport and ready for final assembly or already in the sales packaging with associated documents and accessories.
