For optimum quality in production and the associated processes, it is not enough to invest in technology: It depends on the people and their attitude towards the product that is to be created. Our employees are therefore an essential part of the quality culture in our company: Not only do we provide excellent training, but we also ensure that the motivation is right to create the best possible product. We regularly support, advise and train our internal and external suppliers and customers to ensure that all processes run as smoothly as possible. Within the company, employees at all hierarchical levels motivate each other and seek creative solutions based on proven processes and advanced technology.
Our high-performance machinery and equipment is another important factor in producing the required quality. From material preparation to high-precision measuring technology for parts inspection, our production is excellently equipped.
When designing components, we can also draw on our good contacts with suppliers, technical universities, institutes and networks for special tasks – this is what we understand by technology development and technology transfer in the service of our customers.
All relevant quality data is documented in the Babtec system – structured, scalable and always transparent.
Our measurement technology is always “up to date” with the latest measurement technologies. Whether with coordinate measuring machines from ZEISS for tactile and optical quality inspection or the latest computer tomography and the necessary software tools such as ZEISS Calypso and ZEISS Inspect for evaluating the data, we document the quality of our components seamlessly.
The IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 certifications show that we have achieved a high and independently audited level of quality assurance.
