The challenge

Housing for a professional animal clipper, very high requirements in terms of mechanical properties, chemical resistance, protection of the electronic mechanism against damage, very high demands for the surface finish (high gloss) despite large differences in wall thickness, overmoulded inserts for mounting the gearbox.

The solution

The above requirements can be met by using a thermoset material. Very high mechanical strength and chemical resistance, top-quality surfaces can also be achieved even with varying wall thicknesses.
