The challenge

Support component for foot switches in dental technology – mounting bracket with very high requirements in terms of dimensional stability (warpage and shrinkage due to differences in wall thickness), very tight tolerances and high mechanical and chemical resistance requirements.

The solution

Using thermosetting materials enables us to meet the above requirements. We achieve very high mechanical strength and chemical resistance. Thanks to the excellent shrinkage and warping behaviour of thermosetting plastics, we can achieve very tight tolerances and excellent dimensional stability with different wall thicknesses.
