Housing for an intercom system – very high requriements for surface quality (avoidance of weld seams) despite numerous openings.

The solution

Thanks to the special temperature control in the injection mould, the design of the injection points (optimised by accompanying filling simulations during mould design) and appropriate process control, such surfaces can be achieved without defects.
